SALAD with Cranberries, Feta, Walnut and Steelhead Trout
Ingredients: for 4 people
- 2 full cups of mixed garden green salad 
- 1 cup walnut pieces 
- 4 ounces Feta Cheese 
- ½ cup dried cranberries 
- 1 ½ lb. of Steelhead Trout or Salmon - Cooked in the oven with Mirin and Soy sauce 
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar 
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 
- ¼ cup Olive oil 
- ¼ tsp. pepper 
- ⅛ tsp. of Cayenne pepper
